The Importance of Back Testing Results
I'm going to look for times or something that's happening in the market that hasn't actually happened in my testing. So if I look at my back testing results and I see that there was a streak where I had 10 trades, 10 trades that lost in a row,. And in real life, I'm at 20. That's a red flag, right? This is something does not connect. If you can even call a two or three trades of losing streak, that ain't nothing. But you want to look at your historical results. They're not just to tell you, hey, my thing works or my thing doesn't work but they help provide confidence during the darkness.
