There's scores of proposals now to change 230 and I've always had a two-part test. First, what does it mean for speech? Because what Chris and I said from the very beginning is that we wanted to encourage as much discussion and particularly among typical users. And I haven't seen any bills, frankly, that come close to that two- part test. One other reason I think legislators are being more cautious is they're seeing that Cestifosta that was bally who much proclaimed is the big answer to sex trafficking has not worked out very well. You basically push the bad guys into the dark web and vulnerable people seem to suffer.
