Hewe's Reactionary Intercommunalism
He was pushing for what he called revolutionary intercommunalism, which informed the survival programmes of the panthers. For hewe a revolutionary in communalism meant reredistributing wealth and technology in a way that was galetarian to communities across the planet. And so it's a politic that, if nothing else, brings an emphasis on meeting material needs beyond borders into new perspective. It questions the orthodox in the process.
