In Russia currently agricultural burnings are illegal, totally. I see which is actually that burning the land doesn't help the fertility. So at what point then could a fire on a farm that's been done to clear the land or whatever? At what point would that kind of fire become a wildfire? It depends on legislation in each particular country. For Greenpeace currently I'm leading the process of developing the International Wildland Fire Project.
