Is There a Debate in the NHS?
You say at some point there might need to be a debate in society about aspects of care that might no longer be free. But you argue that every country is probably going to have to have this kind of debate at some point. How do you see something like that working? I haven't got a simple answer to this, it's just if you have got every increasing demand, every increasing cost and diminishing resources, you see the sort of chaos that we're in now.
