How Do I Get a Pictle in There?

i think a piece of like, it starts at level one and it gains levels. And i think the question is lowering the level. Because what i have in my head is like a prestige, a level prestige of some sort. So it's like i'm moving from the phone to the eye pad. That's the prestiging level. But how do i get a pictle in there? What does a picol mean? Mean? You could use ey ine in ly big but time? Yes, i suppose time is one. How long have you been researching the topic? because i suppose the idea being the more you stay in a topic, the better your understanding develops.
