Andrew Blenkeron is manager of the Houston estate in Suffolk. The main farm on the estate is an enormous 20 square kilometers. Under tremendous pressure to keep costs down a small farmer thinking of going organic has to weigh up where their farm is located, how any change would affect their yields. To supply the tons of food we eat do we need big intensive farms?
