Viet Cong Accident Investigation - Is There Any Accurate Accounting of the Children?
Local authorities had succeeded in in the accident sight from the viet kong, but not from pilferage. Vinemys nationals had begun to scavenge thro the wreckage immediately after the accident. Although a manifest existed for the adults aboard the flight, there was no accurate accounting of the children. Why was there no accurate counting of the childrena this just seems very poorly organized and executed.
