Perfectionism - I'm Not a Perfectionist!

In recovery, i know that i'm still going to have perfectionist tendencies. This helps when i read advice on line that says things like set more realistic expectations or enjoy the process. It's ok for me to be focusing more of my attention on the podcast than, say, how organized i keep my desk. And it's actually really important that i keep my focus on the things that really matter, instead of nit picking on the thing that don't.
