The House Bill Is More Partisan Than the Senate Bill

The senate bill had, i think, 18 republican votes. The house bill is likely to have somewhere between zero and ten republican votes. Some of them controversial because they were not taken up by the committee. There's some controversy over the differences, but ther're differences that can be worked out. I don't think we need to do that. This would control the money, not the technology. And companies are going to end up submitting all their proposed investments to the government. So i'm unhappy about there being no hearings on these issues.
