If you have a belief field that's preventing these different occurrences from happening, then they're less likely to occur. You remember the amazing and no, no, he's a guy who is a stage magician who made a career out of de bunking psychics on the para normal. He would invite psychics and mediums into a controlled scientific setting to prove that their abilities were real. Every single one of them failed. But outside of his controlled setting, they are having viable careers. It's like this belief is part of what allows the transmission and allowing the the porousness of the dimensional realities to exist.
