The Systemic Effects of American Capitalism
In the 1950s one out of three people in the private sector was a member of a labor union now fewer than 7% are unionized workers. The cumulative effect of every big company pursuing its own interests is all sorts of monopolistic and monopolistic outcomes that actually take money from average working people. This is not a partisan issue and so we've got to figure out how to strengthen democratic institutions.
