How do you create a habit around exercise, for example? Try and exercise at the same time each time. Meet your friend bob at the jim. Go on a run with susie every wednesday. Make this as consistent as possible. For me, i always stretch the exact same way i run. Three to four times a week, i do the exact same stretch as before i run sonal time.
