The Management of Disasters - Is There Enough Water?

A lot of times when I see the aftermath of a disaster, it seems like water is one of the most critical things to be distributing. Once we get large-scale disasters into catastrophes, that's where everything is. And that's part of what is making it a large-scale disaster or catastrophe. The problem starts to become when you have unrequested donations flooding into a community and then they sit in a warehouse and are never distributed. That's where things become much more complicated.
