I Am the Light of the World

In John 8 verse 12, Jesus says: I am the light of the world. The striking thing about the context is that Jesus being opposed. And it really is a tension in chapter 8. You think will anybody trust in Jesus? All we have is opposition and failing to understand. He's giving warnings and they're not getting lost. They're so blind in the darkness. But wonderfully, in chapter 8 verse 28, it results, we get the hope of the resolution.
