Sugar is something we know has unfavorable long term effects when we consume it in excess. Sugar substitutes have significantly less or no calories compared with real sugar. Anything that can improve the blood sugar control and these peaks and dips in general, is going to have a positive impact on our health. And i imagine, on top of all this, they're better for your teeth too. Yet.
