The History of Plato

Plato's biography is by no means simple to reconstruct in any detail. We have a whole bunch of later antique material and some of it quotes earlier biographical material, which is now largely lost. The listener perhaps begins to glimpse how Plato might have given rise not only to many influential ideas, but to a whole approach to problems of esotericism, of truth, and of reality.
