You have a masters from Johns Hopkins in biotechnology. What made you interested in biotechnology? I was fascinated by this idea that we were learning all this broad physiology, but on a microscopic level, the technology to advance our understanding was only just becoming available. It grew at such a fast rate that no one knew what to do with it. Clinicians were not being taught this stuff. They didn't understand it. And so I decided to start a PhD and that's where the masters in biotechnology came.I want to go from the nutrition aspect, looking at it more of a precision medicine. Very much a Precision Medicine. Look at it.
