Traders and Portfolio Managers - What's Going on Behind Closed Doors?

In every performance field with successful performers, you spend more time preparing for the performance than actually performing. In sports, you run all sorts of drills all week long and you do review game film and you work on your game. But it's not really what goes on behind closed doors when I meet with traders and portfolio managers. An audience doesn't want to hear that shit.
