Introduction

Originally i stated that the pictish people were celtic in origin. There is a school of thought to say that pictish people occupied the british chales before a celtic wave of migration. Celts and those ancestral to the celts are thought to have originated in central europe during the second millennium b c e. The real argument ought to be that we don't know to what extent celtic cultures affected the blood lines of the peoples whom we recognize as eventual picts.
