Urban Living Patterns Compared to Suburban Areas in 2023?
I think you're going to see less growth on renewal rents than what we saw over the past two years. That started to come back to more typical patterns. We'll start to slow down closer to that normal four to five percent range compared to the seven to 10 percent range that we hadn't been seeing. And I think overall performance of urban communities compared to suburban is an interesting thing to talk about because of some of these large cities.
