The Art of Reading

I find that very difficult in things that I do if I'm writing something or working on a script for something that we're going to do with the podcast. For me, it's an article of faith that one can get better at that just by trying it. When I'm reading something I wrote, I drop into a mind state that's not analytical, but it's very responsive. It reacts to what was already there. And so I guess a long way of saying I don't think we can will it, but I think we can practice it. Does another thing I know we talked about with the Russian book is it makes intimacy between you and your audience?
