The New Obstruction of Justice Charges in the Indictment Remain the Same
This is the most compelling resonating charge in the whole indictment. If you're worried about admissibility because of Judge Cannon, then maybe you do want to include this in the indictment as a defensive maneuver. But if that's where you end up on this judge at this point, that suggests that DOJ is really, really deeply concerned about her and should be addressed in other sorts of motions. So it's very simply done and deftly done without doing too much damage to the original language of the indictment.
