Should Christians Practice Self-Care?
Bragan: The term self-care is cemented into our collective brains so what do we do with it? He says that in pop culture probably the reigning definition of self- care is something more like self-indulgence. In an instagram survey, almost 50% of people said no christians shouldn't do that or yes they definitely should he says. Bragan: We have a problem with a lack of self-love and i think you know one of the ultimate acts of narcissistic narcissism is putting your own desires above everybody else.
