Mark's Abort Code

Undercover MI6 agent Mark was ordered to kill his best friend under the orders of the British government. If he heard a code 6969, he was advised to immediately abort the mission. He would commit the act barehanded and to police the attacker wore gloves - accounting for his being the only fingerprints on the knife. Sunday June 29 proved to be an uncharacteristically hot summer's day in Britain's west. A deserted dead-end alleyway presented Mark with the perfect opportunity. As they entered the alleyway, Mark pulled out the knife and told John what he had to do.
