Is There a Difference Between a Generalist and a Specialist?

Investing is very much wicked environment, where it's a dynamic feedback. So i look at something like snowflake and like, my head kind of glazes over. And even though i can kind of understand what the business does, i realize my ability to really be nuanced and have a view on what this can look like in five or ten years is really low. This year maybe i've acquired any meaningful size, like five new investments. That's a pretty busy year for me, am. But so i think it's duable, but you kind of have to pick your spots.
