I developed anxiety because I just couldn't get hair through my nose. The morbidity that it causes in society is enormous. Approximately one third of the population have nasal obstruction. Not breathing through your nose effectively causes specifically problems associated with sleep as well as can change lung capacity and ability to perform exercises which require very large lung volume.
