How do you get renters to actually leave a review? The industry standard is around like 40 or 50 % of guests who leave reviews. I have a very specific message that i send to guest an hour after the scheduled check out time for that guest. We would love if you let the five star review of our place and explain all the great things about what you experience for your stay.
