The Effects of Partially Range Emotion Training on Hypertrophy

The study looked at two different muscles, both the vastus lateralis and rectus famoris. And they also assessed a muscle cross sectional area at four points along the thighs. All of the groups that trained at long muscle lengths experienced more quad growth than the final range emotion group that was only training at short muscle links.
