I think one of the most disorienting things about this field of law is you crack open an antitrust treatise and the first thing you read is that antitrust is about efficiency. And so the basic driving factor is helping people using all the authorities that you have. 100% agree, but I also think that this is why we have antitrust law. It's in line with the original intent of these statutes.
