How to Succeed as a Host
Property owners are looking for partners like you to get into the short-term versus long-term. If you take 40 hours a week, divide it roughly by the eight and a half hours per month, and you want to replace a 40 hour a week job, you would need 19 properties to be a quote unquote, full time host. It's very much win-win. We don't have to invest in furniture when we're taking on properties. There's no like five even if you're like those people out there who somehow figure out a way to spend little money on a property. It's no investment.
