Indigenous Restoration Projects in the Upper Great Lakes
i was able to interpret the archives and use work from a whole set of different partners in understanding how central racism, to be blunt, was to the failure of the first big attempt to restore woodland caribou. So those relationships have really driven the kinds of questions i'm asking. And i gure i have certain tools that i've been trained in doing over the years. But my ultimate goal is, in some ways, to put myself out of business, to do what i can to share my methods to trained students from tribes and first nations.
