Do You Have a Team?

Many of our listeners hang their shingle by themselves and maybe practice more in isolation that trying to find will qualify people to be part of the team could be a somewhat of a challenge. There are still many listeners out there that have like you said in the file cabinet and they may have a computer but they don't have electronic records so two questions what if i don't know how to identify a team number one and number two? What's your suggestions for people that don't really necessarily have a group as you said that maybe they're older or dependent on third party providers  to get paid ? I'm also thinking how you practice if you have a group practice or a part of a group
