Catherine O'Hara is the co-founder of Digely, a company that uses digital technology to help communities get back on their feet. She worked in the first bush administration as assistant secretary of housing and helped implement a ten billion dollar mortgage default auction process. Now she's working with other tech companies to create an online platform for people to share ideas about how they can change the way money works around the world.
