Is Zero to One Projects Still True?
The insights and data that drove us to prioritize these things may no longer apply. If we do end up in a recession, people will reprioritize how they spend that money. So you need zero to one project might be worth a lot more to the company. And same for consumer software, you know, if you're selling like B2C, you're Selling,. You know, same consumers are changing, consumer appetite will change.
