The Rebalancing of the NASDAQ and the Impact of Tech on the Economy

Tech is a really young industry, you know, growing at improbably high rates. And therefore it's taking more and more spend within the economy. As regards to the rebalancing, we never spent too much time looking at the way that the indices are built up. We don't pay enough attention to it because I'm not making it somewhere in middle...
