Airstrikes in the Middle East - What's Going On?

The strike on the joint coalition SDF base in Western Hasika was particularly interesting. I very much doubt that they're allowed to air strike anywhere where the US are without the US knowing first. It sends a message that Turkey's willing to push the boundaries and see how far they can go. The other interesting attack was air strike was a round out holocamp, which, you know, contains tens of thousands of women and children.
