The dwindling supplies of air defense missiles could be a huge problem for the Ukrainians. The Russians can employ some of the things that they have done effectively in Syria in Ukraine, he says. If we inflict that same problem on the Ukrainians with their defenses, it will be even worse because there aren't that many munitions and the training burden is a lot higher. It's not about rummaging around in the cupboard and looking for which bits of kit we don't need to use anymore but how do we make this support a sustainable thing?
