What's your gut feel? And that's originally how it started with me with one specific isometrics. Then it's researched the back, the progressions and what might be more important or can I get better transfer? Absolutely the research underpinned that. But again, that's not research based on isometric training and its effect on running as such. It's more what are the biomechanics to the movement? What's the kinetics and kinetics?"
