The Relationship Between Mike Myers and Lauren Michaels
The 1992 film based on Mike Myers' breakout SNL character opens with Wayne, Dan and Carvey's character Garth headbanging in the cards of the song. Lord Michaels was pushing hard for a Guns N' Roses track in order to keep the movie contemporary. The headbanging scene took 10 hours to shoot. And you'll notice if you watch the scene, Danikarvi didn't learn the lyrics ahead of time. So you can see that he's often just like randomly moving his mouth when singing along. It's pretty funny. I guess Mike was kind of a pill on the set.
