Dave Asprey: I started a company called salt, which stands for strategic analysis and assessment of longitudinal technologies. He says he's developed more than one device that can be used as an EMP coiled or rail gun. This is where it becomes sort of scientific exploration becomes conflated with national defense concerns,. And so we're seeing this even on a grander scale in terms of people wanting to self learn understand all of this.
