Identifying Grief and Loss in Your Body
When we are able to identify and label those, it kind of like creates this file in our brains for what is grief. And the more we can identify those kind of things, the better we can recognize what we're feeling and then give ourselves what we need. If you're not really connected to your body, then you might not know what's going on. It's sort of like what we say sometimes, or just like where we're just like so disconnected, avoidant, a dissociated,. possibly in our own heads a lot yah just really in your own head.
