The Importance of Treatment Plans
A treatment plan allows us to kind of have a bird's eye view and make sure that we're on the same track doing the same thing in therapy. It can also function as a legal document for documenting oversight. A treatment plan can help document competent services provided. And if falls into this, we have this ethical responsibility to maintain adequate records of treatment.
