Is New Jersey One of the Major Catalists Coming This Year?

There's just so much upside to build a multi, multi billion dollar industry northeast. i intend to to position myself and n take on my share of the work and help get it built. A huge aspect of this in new jersey and new york is going to be controlling the real estate and, more importantly, having local support. I'm looking into good groups that have those pieces in place.
