The goal of the greeting is to introduce myself, to make a good impression and put the buyer at ease. If you don't yet have a relationship with your client, you don't want to waste his or her time. The shorter the tighter you can get this, the better step. Say something like, welcome. Come up with the same thing and do it every time.
