The Potential for Cross Contamination With Hazelnuts and Hops

In the EU, celery is listed as one of the major allergen where it's not as much of a concern here in the US. Most of the US production comes from the state of Oregon for hazelnuts. Because they're grown so closely, harvested in the same time window, there may be the potential for cross contamination with hazelnuts and hops.
