The Biggest Economic Problem in the World
The biggest economic problem, I would say, for the next 10 years is going to be the transfer of assets from boomers to million-year agency. The median boomers are starting 60, 40s year; that's the eighth when you start to retire. And the oldest boomers are in their 70s and they're going to start to pass. They own a disproportionate amount of the wealth in this country. This wealth needs to pass down to million-years-olds in Gen Zs. But million-year-olds do not have the income to purchase.
