When we feel strongly about something, it's incumbent upon us to back that up with evidence. We should be able to go outside of ourselves and recognize that my emotions could be getting in the way, and i may be wrong on this. If you're not willing to live with your feelings, then maybe you can no longer be associated with an organization.
