How to Analyze a Sales Page?

The home page is often one of those things that i'm looking for whenever i look at a page. A lot of webside owners create headers that are sort of vague, a statements about their value proposition. Descriptive navigation labels are very, very helpful to visitors. Probably some of the credibility ders should be visual and high on the page.
