Housing in a Recession?
Tech companies don't really have a lot of people or the new ones, right? You know, the IBM's of the world do. Apple just froze all hiring in 2023, just because of the fear of a recession. So we're getting there to that point, to where it might filter to the other economies. But so far with all the housing layoffs and the weakness in tech, it has not budged jobless claims, nor has it budged the job numbers.
